Universitas Bunda Mulia (UBM) - Immersive Multipurpose Hall
Project Overview
Universitas Bunda Mulia required a state-of-the-art immersive auditorium capable of hosting major institutional lectures, multimedia arts exhibitions, student seminars, and high-impact immersive video presentations. The room featured wide viewing angles and challenging wall geometries that demanded precision projection alignment.
The Challenge
The space combined long throw distances, substantial surface reflectivity, and varied ceiling heights that risked acoustic flutter and speech degradation. Additionally, seamless ultra-wide multi-projector blending was required across curved presentation surfaces without visual clipping or latency.
The Solution
Early Sound and Audio engineered an integrated AVLC and acoustic package. We deployed an edge-blended high-output laser projection infrastructure paired with custom acoustic wall absorption treatments. Multi-channel zoned loudspeaker coverage with DSP alignment guarantees even SPL and crystal-clear speech reproduction across all tiered seating.
System Scope
The Outcome
The completed hall enables instant single-operator switching between lecture, cinema, and immersive showcase modes. Speech transmission index (STI) achieved exceptional clarity ratings (>0.68) throughout the hall.
