Project Overview
The Pub is a premier nightlife and social venue featuring live acoustic performances, DJ sets, and social dining. Located in a commercial precinct adjacent to residential and office towers, sound isolation was mission-critical.
The Challenge
Containing intense sub-bass frequencies (<100Hz) from bleeding through shared structural slabs and facades, while delivering an energetic, punchy acoustic vibe inside without causing customer ear fatigue.
The Solution
Early Sound and Audio engineered a full box-in-box sound isolation system: decoupled gypsum linings, elastomeric ceiling hangers, acoustic perimeter gaskets, and dual acoustic airlock doors. Inside, strategically tuned bass traps and wood slat diffusers maintain acoustic warmth.

Zero neighborhood noise complaints despite 95dBA weekend sound levels. Interior acoustics deliver warm, detailed musicality where patrons can hold conversations comfortably at bar tables.
